Conboy has practiced in Las Colinas since 1989 when he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Salutatorian and Magna Cum Laude from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas. He received a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984. He also attended Purdue University.
